Purpose of Meeting: Kickoff meeting

* The JCCPA is a top priority for Arnold City council. They purchased a building on 5th Avenue and 17th Street
in downtown Arnold. They are setting up a nonprofit corporation to qualify for funding.

* The JCCPA is a top priority for Valley Middle School. We have a new course this year which focuses on the
arts. Our goal to improve performing arts in the schools

*Highlight the life of Johnny Costa.
Identify key points in his live, retrieve copies of stories, videos, etc.
Initiate Grant by prioritizing key material for exhibits ASAP

* Vision of JCCPA Center. The building will be a showpiece for the Alle-Kiski Valley. Entire Alle-Kiski Valley
will be involved. Tie history to performing arts.

* Future possibilities of the JCCPA. WQED sponsors a music student of the month. Perhaps every Thursday
we could sponsor such presentations.

* Who to involve: PTA's, Servus Plus, Senior Citizens, City Government, Residents of the Comrqunity,
state Reps, Chambers of Commerce, Comcast.

* Who to Include in the Museum
Make a list of musicians ....no limit ....then prioritize.

* Possible Motto: o Get involved in the JCCPA ....and Love It!

* Identify a JCCPA Board which will make key decisions in the best interest of Meet of the Team Players.
